Andørja Freeride is a unique freeride concept on the islands of Andørja and Rolløya, in the municipality of Ibestad. Since 2010, it has brought together top athletes and amateur participants for unique skiing experiences and exciting competitions.
Andørja Freeride offers both Elite and Sport categories, for snowboard and alpine skiing.
In 2025 we will again visit the majestic mountains of Andørja and Rolla for a new edition of Andørja Freeride.
Registration fee 2025
Kr 8400
Includes 6 lifts, participation fee, transport during the event, banquet dinner and access to the Freeride-party.
Practical information
Transport
Plane: Harstad/Narvik Evenes airport
Boat: Speed boat from Harstad harbour
Car (from Harstad): ferry from Stangnes to Sørrollnes, and follow FV848 and FV132 to Engenes
Food
Banquet dinner on Saturday evening, included in your registration.
Possibility to buy food at Midnattsol kro on the other evenings.
Utstyr og sikkerhet
All participants must have approved avalanche equipment (sender/reciever, shovel, probe) in order to participate. Possible to rent, in case some participants do not have their own equipment (limited amounts of equipment for rental).
For safety reasons, the upper age limit for participation is 60 years old.
Registration transfer
It is possible to transfer your entry to another participant. In this case, the organiser will charge a transfer fee of NOK 750.
